Anita Kanellis has been involved in the wedding business since 1994 and has more than a decade of direct experience as a wedding planner. Raised in Los Angeles, Anita feels right at home with event productions and design and feels choreography and flow are so important to a successful event. Bringing families together and watching them celebrate and love one another ignites the passion Anita has for the wedding industry. Her understanding of production and choreography is key when orchestrating all the details needed to plan a wedding. She draws on her business and accounting degree when assisting her clients to plan and to stay within their budget.

Designated “Professional Bridal Consultant” with the Association of Bridal Consultants is the result of yearly continuing education, attending seminars and educational workshops held throughout the country including Los Angeles, Atlanta, Nashville and Birmingham. Anita feels continuing education is essential in the wedding planning business, keeping up with design trends and learning from top wedding planning professionals known worldwide.
Having extensive knowledge on wedding etiquette and tea and social etiquette has given Anita several opportunities to educate her brides and others on etiquette including written articles in the Tea Time Gazette, a question and answer article for I Do Magazine and etiquette seminars at the Wynfrey Hotel in Birmingham Alabama on behalf of Elegant Bride Magazine.
In addition to planning weddings in the Birmingham area, Anita has planned beautiful weddings in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and San Francisco.
