Day of Coordination
Day of Coordination frees you from rehearsal and wedding day coordination details. Timelines, confirming with venders, orchestrating and choreographing all “day of” activities are all provided with this service.
This “day of” service typically
includes an initial planning meeting, communication throughout the planning
process, and detailed involvement in the month before and weekend of
the event. This package is perfect for the bride who has all the
planning complete and desires a professional on–site the day of her
wedding to execute all the details she has planned for her day.
Day of Coordination Service
typically includes all of the following:
- Review of all services you contract out
- Ceremony site visit and recommendations
- Reception site visit and recommendations
- Schedule preparation for the ceremony and reception
- Choreograph rehearsal, if this additional service is requested
- Contact and coordinate all wedding day vendors
- Orchestrate ceremony, if this additional service is requested
- Orchestrate reception and all customs/traditions
Oversee collection of all gifts
and special items (flutes, cake servers, etc.) and loading into the
appointed vehicle
